Mava Poli / Mava Paratha / Paratha from leftover Diwali mithai





Diwali is over and we find all the leftover mithai at our homes and  no body  wants to have anymore so what...don't  let it go waste or don't give to your bai , make this yummy paratha or mavapoli. It tastes awesome and very easy to make in no time.Usually we indians have roti dough store in our refrigerator , just stuff it with the leftover mithai and make paratha . this paratha /poli  can also be made during festivals , for parties or for kids tiffin . Many of the puranpoli lover specially women's don't have easy hands on puranpoli , its quiet a tidious job , so now no worries directly get mava burphi or any mithai of your choice and make puranpoli . We can even make this paratha by using motichur ladoos .Wow....sounds interesting na!

Ingredient....
  1. leftover mithai or mithai of your choice
  2. kneaded wheat flour dough
  3. Ghee

knead a dough.



Make a small balls and stuff the mithai (i had mava burphi)








Roll the stuffed ball by roller pin,meanwhile heat a pan or tava







Apply some desi ghee


Shallow fry from both the sides till golden brown.


When puffed, it indicates well stuffed and perfect.
