Red velvet Brownie


Ingredients 
For making cream(you can make in half quantity)
1. Delecta Cheese cream 100 grams 
2.Powdered sugar 25 grams 
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp 
4.Vanilla essence 1 tsp 
5. Milk 1 tbsp 
Mix all the about ingredients and fill it in a piping bag.

For making batter....
1. Maida 1 Cup
2. Powdered sugar half cup 
3. Baking powder 1 tsp
4. Dark cocoa powder half tsp 
5. Pinch of salt 
6. Condensed milk 100 gram or half a cup 
7. Delecta cream cheese 2 tbsp
8. Butter 1/4th cup 
9. Milk approx half cup
10. Red gel colour one tsp 
11. Vanilla essence or red velvet issue 1tsp.


Procedure....

100gms cheese cream
25 gm approx 2tbsp sugar powder 
1tbsp Cornflour
 1 tsp vanilla essence 
Add in 1tbsp milk and mix properly.keep aside for using this latter on.
Now in another bowl take one cup of maida
Add in half cup of sugar.
Add one teaspoon baking powder.
Add in half teaspoon of dark cocoa powder.
Pinch of salt
100 grams condensed milk or half cup.
Now add in one tablespoon of cream cheese.
Add in one teaspoon of vanilla essence. You can also add one teaspoon of red velvet escence.
Add in milk to adjust the consistency and mix it properly.
Now add red gel colour and mix to get a red batter. To this I have also added pinch of tandoori red colour to get a proper red velvet cake.
Add in 1/4th cup of butter.

Mix evenly.
For the batter in the well greesed brown tin line with a butter paper.
Now fill inl the cream cheese mixture from the first step in a piping bag.
This way.
Now randomly pour in  the cream cheese mixture on the batter as shown in the picture.
With the help of toothpick make the design as shown in the above picture.
I have added less cream cheese. you can add all the cream cheese present in the piping bag and give  brownie a thick texture of cream cheese.
Reheart oven for 10 minutes at 160 degree Celsius and then bake it for 160 degree Celsius for 35 minutes.
Check the brownie with the help of toothpick. And let it cool for about 2 hours. Do not forget to cover the tin with damp cloth.
Cut into the square shape Isis and serve the delicious brown.
This brownie came out super delicious and my kids really enjoyed them finishing it in  no time.

Tea time marble cake / 6 Eggs marble cake


Tea Time Marble cake is super moist , super yummy ....my kids all time favorite's. This cake can be store for 3-4 days .Given measurement is in big quantity which gives out perfect result. This Tea Time Marble cake is no fail recipe for sure specially for beginners .

Ingredients 

Eggs 6
1+1/2 cup sugar
1 Cup oil/ghee
Maida 2 cups
Baking powder 2tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Vannila essence 1tsp
Cocoa powder 2tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp

Procedure....

Take 6 eggs,  1+1/2  cup sugar, 1 Cup oil or ghee in a mixer grinder. And blend it.
Take the mixture in a big bowl.
Add in 2 cups of maida.

Add 2tsp baking powder and 1tsp baking soda.


Add 1/4 Cup milk powder.


Add 1tsp vanilla essence.


Mix all together. 


Add in hot half cup milk.


Divide the mixture into batches.


To one batch add two tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Also had half cup of milk to adjust the consistency.
Also add one teaspoon of vinegar to both the mixture and mix properly.

Pour both the mixture 1 by 1 in the well greased tin.


With the help of toothpick make lines inword to outward and then outward to inward lines to give a design as shown in the picture.


In the similar way greeze all the silicon cupcake Moulds with oil or ghee.


Add both the mixture one by one or spoon by spoon and give the design.


Preheat the oven at 180 c for 20 min and then bake at 150 C for 45 min.

Came out super yummy... 😋

Besan Ladoo

Besan ladoos are our alltime favorite snacks usually made during Diwali.It is made with very few ingredients but it takes lot of time in roasting the besan with ghee.so well the besan is roasted, ladoos comes out that good. Besan should be well roasted in ghee till aroma comes out.  
let's get started....

Ingredient....
  
  1. Besan -500 gm
  2. Barik rawa-1/2cup
  3. Powdered sugar-1cup
  4. Ghee-1 cup
  5. Cashews for decoration 
  6. Cardamon powder-1tsp
  7. Milk /water - 2 tbsp for sprinkling 

Procedure .....

 
Take 500 gms thickly course Besan.
Heat 1 cup gowardhan ghee.
Add roasted besan to it.
Mix well.
Start roasting till it turns slightly brown and aroma comes out and spread all over your house. 
Once it get well roasted Sprinkle some water or milk .
This step is important as this process helps you to have  ladoo without sticking to your mouth while eatting .
Add small /Barik rawa 1/2 cup.
Roast for another 20 min,  till the rawa is well roasted 
Roast till aroma spreads and check for course texture. 
Switch off the flame. 
Let it cool completely before adding sugar to it. 
Add in 1 cup of Powdered sugar and 1tsp of Cardamon powder. 
Make ladoos and decorate with Cashews
