Chocolate Walnut Brownie
- Dark compound chocolate - 2 slabs
- Milkmaid - half cup
- Butter - half cup
- All purpose flour/ Maida - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 2 tbsp
Procedure .....
Half cup of butter.
Microwave it for 30 sec.
Chocolate melts nicely. Mix it to smooth paste.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
2 tbsp of milk.
Microwave again for 30 sec.
In another bowl strain 1 cup of all purpose flour.
Also strain 1 tsp of baking powder.
Now add dry ingredients to a chocolate mixture.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture in a well greased tin
Add some walnuts on the surface then tap the tin to remove the air bubbles.
(Note: Sprinkle some flour on walnuts before adding them.)
Preheat the oven at 175 C for 10 minutes and then bake at 175 C for 20 - 25 min.
Check with knife to come out clean when completely baked. Let it cool for about 1 - 2 hours and then cut into square pieces.
Chocolate walnut brownies are always delicious and easy to make with few very ingredients .
