Ingredients
1. Wheat flour/Maida - 1 Cup
2. Powdered sugar - half cup
3. Baking powder 1 tsp
4. Dark cocoa powder 2 tbsp
5. Dark compound chocolate 125 gms or 1&1/2 slab
6. Condensed milk 100 gram or half a cup
7. Butter 100 gms
9. Normal water 1/4 cup
10. Biscoff speard 1-2 tbsp
11. Biscoff biscuits 4-5
Procedure.....
Add in 2 tbsp of dark Coco powder.
Add in 1 tsp of baking powder. And sieve all dry ingredients together .
In another bowl take 125 gms dark compound chocolate it comes approximately 1 and a half slab of chocolate.
Cut them into a small pieces.
Add in 100 grams of butter.
Add in 100 grams of condensed milk.
Keep the bowl on the flame and stir continuously till it melts. This takes about 5 seconds.
Add 1/4th cup of normal water.
Mix together to get lump free mixture.
Add this chocolate mixture to the bowl containing dry ingredients and mix.
To this add the crumbs of 2 biscof biscuits.
Pour the brownie batter into the well greased tin.
Place one teaspoon of this biscoff spread on the batter at various places,keeping the distance as shown in the picture.
With the help of toothpick make the design as shown in the picture.
Place some biscoff biscuits on the surface of the batter.
Preheat the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and bake the brownie at 160 degree Celsius for 35 minutes.
Cool the brownie by covering it with a dam cloth for about 2 hours.
After cooling cut them into a square pieces.
Delicious biscoff Brownies are ready to enjoy...
