Lemon pillow cake

lemon pillow cake are egg less ,very simple and quick recipe for cake lover....
spongy inside and crispier outside,taste just awesome

Ingredients

1. Maida/APF half cup
2. Whole wheat flour half cup
3. Baking powder 1tsp
4. Baking soda half tsp
5. Salt 1 pinch
6. Sugar half cup
7. Ghee 2tbsp
8. Milk half cup approx
9. Lemon zest 1tsp
10. Lemon juice 2tsp
11. Vanilla essence 1tsp
12. Cardamom powder 1tsp

In a bowl mix in APF,wheat flour,baking powder ,baking soda,vanilla essence,cardamom powder,milk,ghee,lemon zest and juice,salt and sugar.with the help of beater mix till smooth batter. 

  

Pour the scoop full of batter into grease well of your sandwich maker. 

 Close the lid and let it cook for 3 min.               

   Turn the pillow and cook for 2 min 

Eggless lemon pillow cake is ready....
