Upwas Dosa
Hello friends....once again I am back with a new upwas special recipe i.e upwas dosa . It is a very simple and instant recipe for my foodie friends specially on fasting days of Navratri.
Give it a try and you all gonna love it.
Lets start...
- Bhagar or varri 1 cup
- Sabudana ½ cup
- Curd 2-3 spoons
- Ground nuts/शेंगदाणे कूट 1big table spoon
- Green chilly 2 - 3
- Cumin seeds 1spoon
- Salt to taste
- Water for consistency or you can also use buttermilk.
For preparing tawa...
Heat Oil greased tawa on high flame for 1-2min and switch off the gass and cool completely.
Take all above hot roasted bhagar, sabudana, and jeera in a mixer grinder,to it add 2-3 green chillies and salt to taste.
Add ground ground nuts/शेंगदाणे कूट , chopped fresh cilantro leaves or corrainder leaves and mix properly.
