Upwas Dosa

Hello friends....once again I am back with a new upwas special recipe i.e upwas dosa . It is a very simple and instant recipe for my foodie friends specially on fasting days of Navratri.
Give it a try and you all gonna love it.
Lets start...

Ingredient.....
  1. Bhagar or varri 1 cup
  2. Sabudana   ½ cup  
  3. Curd 2-3 spoons
  4. Ground nuts/शेंगदाणे कूट 1big table spoon
  5. Green chilly  2 - 3
  6. Cumin seeds 1spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water for consistency or you can also use buttermilk.

For preparing tawa...

Heat Oil greased tawa on high flame for 1-2min and switch off the gass and cool completely.

Take one cup bhagar and half a cup of sabudana .
Dry roast the sabudana in a voke stirring continuously till it changes its colour to off-white.
In the same way roast bhagar till it changes its off white colour to white 👇
In same way roast jeera or cumin seeds.
Take all above hot roasted bhagar, sabudana, and jeera in a mixer grinder,to it add 2-3 green chillies and salt to taste.
Add water for proper grinding it to smooth paste.
Add 2-3spoon of curd or even you can add buttermilk to get flowing consistency.
Add ground ground nuts/शेंगदाणे कूट , chopped fresh cilantro leaves or corrainder leaves and mix properly.
Prepare the hot tawa and make dosas.
Grate boiled potato on dosa and sprinkle some salt above it.
Look at the net i got for dosa....looks so spongey.
You can also sprinkle some red chilly powder over the dosa .
