Zingy Parcel
Ingredient....
- Maida/ APF - 1 cup
- Butter - 50 gms
- Yeast - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2tbsp
- Warm Milk- 1/2 cup
- Water - (for kneading)
For stuffing....
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Turmeric - pinch
- Red chilly powder - 1tsp
- Corrainder Powder - 1tsp
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pizza sprinkle - 1tsp
- Chilly flakes - 1tsp

Step 1
Preparing stuffing.
Cut paneer into very small cubes.
Add in red chilly powder , turmeric and salt.
Add in mayonnaise.
Pizza sprinkle.
Chilly flakes.
Little oil or butter.
Stuffing is ready.
Step 2
To make a dough
Take a half cup of warm milk .
Add 2 tsp dry yeast to the milk
Add 2tbsp spoon sugar
Add 1tsp salt and mix and let it rest for 5-10 min to activate yeast.
Take 1 cup maida in a bowl.
Add in butter .
(do not melt the butter)
Add the yeast milk mixture and Knead a dough.
Knead for about 5-10 min.
Grease the clean counter and knead for further 5 min.This is the most important stage to develop gluten and make the dough elastic.you can also use extra flour if required while kneading.
Tuck the dough and cover it and let it rest for 1hr at room temperature.
The dough rises to double of it original size .
Punch
Make small balls .
Roll it to a size of puri we usually at home.
Now fold like this๐

From all three sides to get a triangle shape.
Now add stuffing in the centre.
Bring all the three corners together and press to look like a parcel.
Brush some melted butter on the top and sprinkle some pizza sprinkle on it.
Place in baking tray.
Let parcels rise for about 20 min.
Bake at 200c for 30 min.(preheat the oven for 10 min at 200 c before baking)
Remove....
Serve hot.
