Poha chivda

Ingredient....
- Patla poha -1 kg (keep in hot sun before making chivda)
- Peanut - 1 cup
- Sliced dry coconut - 1 cup
- Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
- Dried green chillies - 1/2 cup
- Salt for taste
- Oil
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Hing - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 sp (optional)
Pictorial recipe..
Heat a oil and add in curry leaves and green chillies.
Fry till crispy.
Add in sliced dry coconut.
In goes Peanut.
Fry till crispy.
Salt accordingly.
Turmeric
In goes patla poha.(keep the poha under hot sun before making chivda)
Mix evenly.
Till crispy.
Store it and any time Enjoy....!!
