khandavi
Ingredient.....
- Besan 1 cup
- Sour Curd 1cup
- Salt to taste
- Haldi/turmeric 1tsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
For tempering....
- Oil
- Mustard seeds/ mohri/ rai
- Curry leaves
- Hing
- Chilies
- Coriander finely chopped For garnishing.
One cup besan
Mix well and place the batter vessel into the cooker containing water for steaming.Take three whistle under medium flame.
Roll all khandavis.....
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
