Chutney for Dhokla

This is the traditional way of making chutney served with dhokla. It taste super awesome and it is my favorite chutney recipe so far...


Ingredient.....
  1. Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  2. Ginger  - 1/2 inch
  3. Green chillies - 3-4
  4. Lemon juice - 1tbsp
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - 1tsp
  7. Water - as required
  8. Dhokla - 2 pieces
Pictorial recipe....

Take green chillies,ginger and coriander leaves in a mixing jar grind for few seconds.
Add two pieces of dhokla.
(do not avoid this step as it is the secret ingredient )
Add little water.
Salt to taste.You can also add little sugar at this stage.
Grind it again to smooth paste.
Add some lemon juice and mix.
Lemon juice enhance the colour of chutney to dark green colour.
Add tadka of Jeera and hing and kadhipatta over it.
Serve this chutney with dhokla....It tastes super yummy.....😋
