kairi sharbat / popsicle,




It a tastes super yummy  during summers when it is very hot and you need to chill out .
you can make in large quantity and store in refrigerator and can enjoy anytime . Because in summers after every time you feel thirsty or dehydrated you need to boost up your energy level and this helps you alot.

Ingredient....


  1. Kairi/raw mango 2
  2. Water 1 litre
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  5. Black salt 2 tsp
  6. Chat masala

Peal or cut the upper green part of the kairi and cut into pieces.keep few side for adding them latter on .


Kairi +Water and give 2-3 spin


Add sugar and spices to it and spin again.you can keep little pulpy .


Pour in popssicles , add few small pieces of kairi and keep in freezer for 5-6 hrs


Enjoy !!


You can serve in glass as sharbat when chilled.This pulpy,sweet and sour drink boost up your energy and make you fresh.

Fafda / chickpea flour snack




Fafdas are Gujrati snacks made from chickpea flour or besan .These are eaten in combination with Jalebi . These fafdas are thaugt to me by my dad.


Ingredients

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Ajwayein 1tsp
  3. Black salt/sanchar powder   2tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water 3tbsp
  6. Oil 2tbsp

Take all the ingredients in a bowl.



Add 3tbsp of water ,slowly one by one spoon.


Knead into a soft dough.



Heat a oil in kadhai.


By taking some amount of dough make a small loaf.


Cut into small pieces


Place one piece of dough on the  kitchen platform, I used wooden board
place cylindrical ball as shown in the above pic.


Keep the lower portion of your palm on the ball and push towards upward direction by applying uniform pressure.



Remove the fafda with knife , it comes out easily.


Fry it in a oil.


yummy fafdas are ready,they are just crispy, mouth watering and are finished in a minute .
Give it a try.
