Sabudana Vada
Ingredient.....
- Overnight soaked sabudana/sago -1 cup
- Peanuts roasted and coursely grounded-2-3 tbspoon
- Potatoes 2 (boiled and smashed)
- Cumin seeds /jeera -1 tspoon
- Green chilly chopped - 1-2 OR Red chilly powder -1 tbspoons
- Corainder leaves-1 tbspoon
- Oil for deep frying

Soak sago over night.
Add in smashed boiled potatoes.
Ingoes chopped green chillies,corainderleaves/kothambir,cumin seeds,salt and coursely ground roasted peanut.
Mix alltogether.
Make small tikkies of the mixture.
Heat an oil in a voke and deep fry these tikkies in small batches.
Fry till crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with sweet yogurt.
