Honey cinnamon rolls




Ingredients..
For dough

  1. Maida - 500 gms or 4 cups
  2. Castor sugar - 100 gms or 10 tbsp
  3. Milk powder - 10 gms or 1 tbsp
  4. One - tsp salt
  5. Butter/oil - 2 tbsp
  6. Water 2 cups or 400 ml
  7. Dry yeast 1/2 tbsp
(Note : This dough is used for making honey cinnamon rolls,sweet buns and donuts.)

For stuffing
  1. Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
  2. Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp
  3. Butter

Take 4 cups of all purpose flour or maida .
Add 10 tbsp of castor sugar.
One tbsp of milk powder.
One tsp of salt.
Mix all together and make well in the center . . To it add half tbsp of dry yeast.
Gradually add 400 ml /2 cups of water and make a sticky dough.
(1/4 cup of water should be left)
Knead well.
Make sticky dough , gradually add 50 gms unsalted butter compulsory no salty butter or use 50 gm oil. Make use of scrapper.
Tap 7-8 times to make it soft roll and again tap
Grease the Bowl and keep the dough in it,cover it with cloth or napkin and keep in warm place for one hour.
The dough rises to double.
Dust the counter or thali with some flour.
Invert the dough vessel and observe for air poket which indicates that the yeast is worked good .
Punch the dough 5-10 times.
Dust the counter with some flour and tuck the dough on it.
Roll it thin as much as you can.
Apply some butter on it.
Take 4 tbsp of brown sugar in a bowl.
Add one tbsp of cinnamon powder.
Mix well.
Spread this mixture on the rolled dough.
Fold it rolling tightly.
Now using thread cut them into 2 inches thickness.
Place this rolls into well greased baking tin lined with butter paper.

Give milk wash.
Cover it with cloth for 15 minutes .
Bake it in preheated otg for 200 degree for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven apply large amount of butter on it and pour honey on it.
Honey cinnamon rolls are ready.....

Donuts


Ingredients..
For dough

  1. Maida - 500 gms or 4 cups
  2. Castor sugar - 100 gms or 10tbsp
  3. Milk powder - 10gms or 1tbsp
  4. One - tsp salt
  5. Butter/oil - 2tbsp
  6. Water 2 cups or 400ml
  7. Dry yeast 1/2 tbsp
(Note : This dough is used for making honey cinnamon rolls,sweet buns and donuts.)

For decoration
  1. Dark compound chocolate - 50 gms
  2. White compound chocolate - 50 gms
  3. Sprinklers
  4. Chocochips
  5. Toothpick for making design

Roll it to a thick chapatti.
Cut it into circle using cooki cutter.
Hole it in the center of the circle using nozzle.
like this donut shape.
Cut all of them.
Fry it in an oil under medium flame. These are fried very fast.
Till golden brown in colour.
Melt some dark compound chocolate.
Place the donut into it.
Fill the white compound chocolate in a piping bag and make circles on it and give flower shape using toothpick.
Make various designs on donuts using white compound chocolate, dark compound chocolate, sprinklers , choco chips etc....
Set them in fridge for 2-3 minutes.
Yummy Donuts are ready.....!!
