  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Butter - 3tbsp (slightly more for greasing the tin)
  5. Salt - 1tsp
  6. All purpose flour/maida - 3 cups (extra  flour for kneading the dough)
Pictorial recipe....

Take 1 cup warm milk  , 2tsp yeast and 2tbsp sugar.
Let the mixture rest for 5 min.
Now add in melted 3 tbsp butter.
1tsp of salt goes in.
Now add  3 cup of maida .
Knead a dough .
Add the remaining 1/4 cup of milk . Here the dough becomes sticky.
Knead for about 5-10 min.
Grease the clean counter and knead for further 5 min. This is the most important stage to develop gluten and make the dough elastic.you can also use extra flour if required while kneading.
Keep the dough in a greased large bowl.
Cover it and Allow it to rest for 1 hr.
After an hour dough should have rise double of its original size.
Knead again for about 2-3 min.
Grease a baking tray or tin with butter or oil.
Make balls of equal size.
Roll the ball and stuff in the bhaji of your choice.I have used pav bhaji ki bhajibut made it little dry.
Close from all the sides.
Place the stuffed balls in a greased tin.
Cover it with a dry cloth and allow to rest once again for about 15-20 min to rise.
Beautiful they have rise and double size.   Brush with milk before baking.
Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 min.
Place the tin in the oven and bake at 180c      for 25 min.

Same batter above the same colour batter.

Will get a flower shape.
Place a rack in an empty pan or cooker.
Preheat the pan with a lid on it for around 5min.
