Dal Pakwan


Ingredient.....

For Dough
  1. Maida - 1+1/4 cup
  2. Wheat flour  - 1 cup
  3. Ajwayien- 1  tsp
  4. Jeera - 1 sp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Hot oil 1sp
  7. Water to need the dough
For Dal
  1. Channa dal - 1/2 cup
  2. Mung dal  - 1/4 cup
  3. Tur dal - 1/4 cup
  4. Tomatoes -1
  5. Oil -2tbsp
  6. Jeera- 1tsp
  7. Mohri/mustard seeds - 1tsp
  8. Slit green chillies - 2-3
  9. Dry red chilly - 2-3
  10. Garlic (coursely grind ) - 1tbsp
  11. Kadhipatta - 4-5
  12. Hing - 1tsp
  13. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  14. Garam masala - 1tsp
  15. Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  16. Amchur powder - pinch

Step 1 knead dough

take 1 +1/4 cup maida,1 cup wheat flour,Jeera,ajwain,hot oil 2tbsp and gradually add water.
knead tight dough,cover and let it rest for 15 min .
Make equal size balls.
Roll it.
Fork it.
Roll all the rotors.
Heat oil in a voke.
Fry pakwan.
Till light brown in colour.
Press with the help of hole spoon.
Our pakwan is ready........

Step 2 Make Dal.
Make tempering....
Heat 2tbsp oil ,add in Jeera ,mohri,garlic paste,green chillies,hing
Pour on the boiled mix dal of Channa ,tur and mung.
Do not smash or blend the dal.Allow it to boil.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve when hot.
