Egg biryani


Ingredient.....
  1. Basmati Rice  - 1and half cup 
  2. Onion chopped - 2
  3. Potato boiled - 2
  4. Tamato chopped - 1
  5. Ginger garlic  paste - 2tbsp
  6. Corrainder leaves chopped -2-3 tbspoon
  7. Oil 2tbsp
  8. Ghee -1tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds-1tspoon
  10. Turmeric powder/haldi -1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala - 2tbsp
  12. Red chilly powder (bedgi)- 1tbsp
  13. Red chilly powder (kashmiri)-1tbsp
  14. Biryani masala -1tsp
  15. Kanda lasoon masala -1tbsp
  16. Corrainder powder -1tbsp
  17. Khada masa - 4meere,4lavang,1badi elaichi,1javetri,1tez patta and 1dalchini.
  18. Salt as required 
  19. Water for cooking

Shallow fry boiled eggs and potatoeswith turmeric and Red chilly powder.
keep chopped onion sliced, corrainder leaves and khada masala ( dalchini,badi elaichi,javetri,lavang and meere)
Coursely ground Ginger and garlic.
Heat a  little oil in a pan and saute onion with ginger garlic paste and khada masala.
Add two tbsp of shah Jeera.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute well.
Add different spices - garam masala,red chilly powder, corrainder Powder, biryani masala and saute well.
Turned off the gas and add two tbsp beaten curd and saute well.
Turn on the gas and add in washed basmati rice and saute .
Now add in hot water equal the quantity of rice taken.
Assemble boiled eggs and potatoes.
Add 2tsp ghee from all sides and Cover it and cook for 20min .
Fry sliced onion till brown and crispy.
Garnish with fried onion  and chopped coriander leaves.
