Tea time Mango cake

Mango  cake is very easy and delicious tea time cake loved by kids and  elders. It is fun making this cake.It is my one of the favourite cake.The  king of fruits that is Mango and that too Alphanso ,wowww.....and that too in cake . Sounds great.Every summer when ever we get alphanso mango my children's crave for mango cake.So momies let's start with the recipe.....

Ingredient....
  1. Oil  -1/3 cup
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup or according to the sweetness required
  3. Milk- 1/2 cup
  4. Mango essence -1 tsp
  5. Maida/APF - 1cup
  6. Baking powder -1 tsp
  7. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  8. Barik rawa/sooji -1/4 cup
  9. Vinegar -1tsp
  10. Jaifal and elaichi Powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Chopped dry fruits.....
  12. Mango pulp -1 cup

Take down all the ingredients with proper measurements .
In a bowl - take 1/3 cup of oil or butter.
Add in half cup of sugar.
Half a cup of milk.
Now add in 1 cup maida,1/4 cup barik rawa/sooji, 1tsp baking powder, and a half tsp baking soda ......mix well.
Now add one cup mango pulp.
Add in 1/4 tsp of jaifal elaichi Powder.
Add two tbsp of milkmaid (optional)
Add in 1tsp of mango essence.
1tsp of vinegar goes in.
Mix well and Pour the batter in well greased tin.
Add some chopped dry fruits on it.
Preheat the pan for about 10 min under low flame.place the tin inside the pan ,cover the lid and bake under low flame for about 30 min .
Check the cake by inserting the toothpick in it,if it come out clean means the cake is done and if batter sticks to the toothpick means the cake is further need to bake for 5-10 min.
Let the cake cool down completely and then demould it....
