Egg curry





Ingredient.....
  1. Boiled eggs - 6
  2. Onion chopped - 1
  3. Tamato chopped - 1
  4. Tommato puree - 1
  5. GInger and garlic paste-1 tbsp
  6. Green chillies - 2
  7. Khada masala - dalchini - 1,meere 2, lavang 2,tezpatta 1, javetri 1,big velchi 1
  8. Corrainder leaves chopped

Keep preparation ready. chopped onion,tommato, corrainder leaves, Ginger garlic paste, and khada masala.
Boil six eggs.keep two aside
Fork it with toothpick.
Make stuffing of kutti green chilly, ginger garlic, salt and corrainder leaves.
Give slight cut to  the eggs and stuff in
Heat a pan and add turmeric and red chilly powder to an oil in it.
Saute stuffed eggs for 1-2 min and keep aside ,this gives nice colour and texture to our eggs.
Now saute chopped onion, ginger garlic paste with khada masala.
Now add in one tommato puree and chopped tomatoes too.
Use two egg yolk from the eggs kept aside.
Add in all the spices - red chilly powder, corrainder Powder,
Cover and cook for 2 min or till oil separates.
Now add one beaten egg to it.
Place all the fried stuffed eggs.
Grate two boiled egg white left behind.
Serve hot...
