Idli chilly


Ingredient.....

  1. Mini Idli or chopped idli  
  2. Finely chopped garlic
  3. Capsicum-1
  4. Carrots -1
  5. Green chilly - 2
  6. Green onion for garnishing
  7. Oil
  8. Soya sauce -1 tbsp
  9. Chilly sauce -1tbsp
  10. Ajinomoto - pinch
  11. Chilly powder -1/2tap
  12. Black pepper powder - 1/2tap
  13. Vinegar -1/2 tap
  14. Sezwan sauce - 1tbsp
  15. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  16. Salt for taste.
  17. Water as required

I have used mini Idli.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in one cup finely  chopped garlic,carrots and capsicum and Julien of both capsicum and onion ... ..saute well on high flame
Add in one tbsp each of Soya sauce, chilly sauce,sezwan sauce,one tsp vinegar and mix 
Add 2tbsp of corn flour with little water .
pinch of ajinomoto.(optional)
Add in chilly powder and black pepper powder.
Add water as required.
Mix in idlies.
Saute well till the idlies get soaked with the gravy .
Garnish with green onion and we've got...
