Pictorial recipe...
Step 1 Make whipping dalgona coffee cream
Take 1/4 cup of sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add in one tbsp of instant coffee,I have used Nescafe.
Pour two tbsp of hot boiling water to it and mix .
Mix using hand blender.
The dark coffee colour changes to little light colour.
Further it changes to whitish brown.
Beating for about 15 min with electric beater , this makes it fluffy and creamy in texture.
Keep aside 2tbsp of this cream for frosting.
Step 2
At this stage add 1/4 cup of oil.
Mix with blender.
Step 3 add dry ingredients
Using strainer sieve in 1 cup of maida /all purpose flour.
1tsp of baking powder.
1/2 tsp baking soda.
Mix.
Step 4 make pouring consistency.....
Gradually add half cup of milk.
Por the batter in well greased tin lined with butter paper.
Tap the tin to remove air bubbles.
Bake in preheated pan with a only rack in it , for about 30 min under low flame and check with tooth pick , should come out clean.
Let the cake cool completely .
Heat 100ml of fresh cream and add to chopped dark compound chocolate and mix then mix in whipped dalgona coffee from step one kept aside.
Cover it with chocolate ganash.
Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkle on the edges.
