Schezwan Rice
Ingredient.....
- Long grain rice - 2cups
- Finely chopped garlic - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped gInger - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped green chillies - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum -1
- Finely chopped carrots -1
- Oil
- Soya sauce -1 tbsp
- Chilly sauce -1tbsp
- Chilly powder -1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Vinegar -1/2 tsp
- Sezwan sauce - 1tbsp
- Salt for taste.
- Green onion for garnishing
All we need is .....
Boiled pulav rice or any long grain rice....

Heat oil in a voke under full flame and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
1/2 tbsp chopped green chillies.
Finely Chopped capsicum.
Finely Chopped carrots.
Onions.
One tbsp chopped garlic and saute well.
Dark soya sauce 1tbsp.
Red chilly sauce 1tbsp
Vinegar 1tbsp.
Schezwan sauce.
Salt.
1/2tbsp black pepper powder and mix.
Add in boiled rice and mix all together.
Add red chilly powder and red food colour.
Mix and garnish it with spring onions.
Schezwan rice is ready to go with manchurian gravy.
