Bhel puri
Ingredient.....
- Kurmure/Puffed rice - 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onion - 2
- Finely Chopped riped tomatoes - 2
- Finely chopped green chillies - 2-3
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
- Tamarind and khajoor puree - 4-5 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Chat masala - 1tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1tsp
- Nylon sev - 250 gms
- Khari boondi - 250 gms
- Flat puries
- Pani puries

Finely chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves,and tamarind and khajoor chutney
In 1 tbsp of oil ,add turmeric and salt to fry puffed rice. saute till crispy.
To this crispy puffed rice,add chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves,green chilies and sprinkle some chat masala.
Some red chilly powder
Add sev and tomato ketchup.
Now add crushed pani puries and khajoor tamarind chutney.
( This chutney is made by boiling seedless khajoor and tamarind....strain the pulp...add some jaggery, cumin powder and salt )
You can also add finely chopped dry fruits, raisin.
Mix all together.
Lets serve the bhel.....place an amount of bhel in a plate.
Spread some sev and bundi on it.
Some khajoor and tamarind chutney.
Some ketchup and crushed pani puries,bundies....sprinkle chat masala again.
Also add panipuri ka pani over it.
