Shahi Paneer Dum Biryani

Ingredient.....
  1. Basmati Rice - 2 cup  (fortune or royal kohinoor) 
  2. Paneer - 300 gms
  3. Onion chopped - 2
  4. Tamato chopped - 1
  5. Ginger garlic  paste - 1tbsp
  6. Corrainder leaves chopped -2-3 tbspoon
  7. Oil 2tbsp
  8. Ghee -1tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds-1tspoon
  10. Turmeric powder/haldi -1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala - 2tbsp
  12. Red chilly powder (bedgi)- 1tbsp
  13. Red chilly powder (kashmiri)-1tbsp
  14. Biryani masala -1tsp
  15. Kanda lasoon masala -1tbsp
  16. Corrainder powder -1tbsp
  17. Khada masa - 4meere,4lavang,1badi elaichi,1javetri,1tez patta and 1dalchini.
  18. Salt as required 
  19. Water for cooking 
All we need is.....

Heat 2tbsp oil and add in khada masala and onions and saute well.
Add in tezpatta and shah Jeera.
In goes Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp.
  Chopped tomatoes
Some cashews
Salt to taste.
Cover and Cook till soft.
Add in spices like red chilly powder, corrainder powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder.
2-3tbsp water.
Cook till soft.
Cool and grind into fine and smooth paste.
Masala is ready.
Shallow fry Paneer cubes till light brown.
Add in ground masala.
Add masala and water by using strainer.
Some chopped coriander leaves.
Some fresh cream.
Shahi paneer is ready to go in Biryani.
Add some gravy to our bole.
Spread some boil white Basmati rice.
Then layer it with Shahi Paneer.
Alternate  layers of rice and paneer.
Gravy...
Rice
Fry some sliced onions till light brown.
Spread fried onions and chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves on it.(also can be added in between layers)
Burn two small pieces of charcoal on fire.
Add spoon full of ghee to onion shell and place in centre of the Biryani.
Like this....
Place the hot charcoal inthe shell well dip in ghee.
Cover it with lid.
Shahi paneer Biryani is ready.
Serve with raita and some Shahi paneer.
