Palak paneer

Ingredient.....
  1. Palak -1 big bunch
  2. Paneer - 200gms
  3. Finely Chopped onion - 1cup
  4. Finely Chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
  6.  Garlic cloves 2-3
  7. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  8. Green chillies - 2-3
  9. Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  10. Corrainder powder -1 tsp
  11. Kitchen king masala - 1tsp
  12. Turmeric powder - pinch
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil - 2tbsp
  15. Ice water 
  16. Tezpatta/bay leaf- 1
  17. Kasoori methi-1tsp
  18. Fresh cream for garnishing
All we need is.....

                             Wash palak leaves.
               Assemble all these preparation together....

Blanch palak leaves in hot boiling water.Cook for two minutes.Do not over cook.
Remove using strainer.
Immediately put in icy cold water and leave for about 2-3 minutes.This helps to retain colour.
Now take leaves from icy cold water to mixing jar.
Add in 2-3 cloves of garlic and ginger and green chillies.
Grind it to a smooth fine paste. lovely green colour is seen.
Now heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it.
Add in finely chopped onion
 Bay leaf and chopped tomato. Saute well.
Add in red chilly powder, corrainder powder, kitchen king masala.

Saute for few seconds and add 2-3 tbsp of water.(to avoid burning of spices)
Cook for one min.
Add in palak paste.
Salt to taste.
Crush some kasoori methi and then add in.
Pinch turmeric.
Chopped paneer cubes.
Some fresh cream.
Serve hot....with parathas.
