Ingredient....
  1. Milk- 1 litre
  2. Sugar or milkmaid - 1/2 tin or cup
  3. Milk powder - 2tbsp
  4. Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kesar - 4-5 strands
  6. Dry fruits for garnishing (optional)
Pictorial recipe....

Take 1 litre of milk in a broad vessel.
Bring it to boil.
Place one spoon in it , so that it won't spill over. Reduce the milk to more than half of its original volume.
Remove the malai from the surface and keep separately in a bowl.
Separate the malai every time.
Repeat the process.
Remove the malai every time.
Mix two tbsp of milk powder in little milk.
Add in the milk
Add condensed milk half a tin.
sprinkle some cardamon powder and saffron strands. switched off the gas.
Add the separated malai and mix.
Let it cool and then refrigerate for about 2-3 hrs or till it thickens.
Serve chilled.... Enjoy.....!!
