Shahi gobi /Shadiwali fullgobi
Ingredients.....
- Fullgobi half kg
- Potatoes - 1
- Chopped oniona - 1
- Tommato - 2
- Ginger garlic paste
- Curd -1 cup
- Lemon - 1/2
- Lavang - 3
- Meere - 3
- Badi elaichi - 1
- Star - 1
- Small elaichi - 2-3
- Tejpatta - 2-3
- Kasuri methi - 1tsp
- Red chilly powder- 1tsp
- Corrainder Powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Kitchen king masala/Garam masala- 1tsp
- Water - 1cup
- Salt to taste
All we need is.......

Fry florets of cauliflower in 4 tbsp of oil.
Fry till light brown and remove separately.
Similarly fry potatoes and remove separately.
In the same oil add lavang,meere,big elaichi,small elaichi,tezpatta shah Jeera,star,dalchini.....etc and 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
Add in chopped onions.
In goes spices.... Red chilly powder, corrainder Powder, turmeric
Add in tomato puree .
Cook till the oil leaves the sides.
Salt to taste.
Add well beater curd one cup.
Now add fried cauliflower and potatoes.
Crushed kasuri methi.
Garnish with coriander leaves
