Thalipeeth
Thalipeeth is Maharashtrian recipe made for breakfast or even dinner served with chutney or pickle . This Thalipeeth can be of various types ,can be made by mixing 2-3 flour or with bhajni or leftover dals. It can be made by directly adding batter on rava or on wet cloth .
It tastes awesome in every way. It is well known in different regions of Maharashtra.It is very delicious dish loved by all Marathi people.

Ingredient.....
- Bhajni 2 cups
- Chopped Onion - 1 big
- Chopped coriander leaves -1/2cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Red chilly powder - tsp
- Kanda lasoon masala - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
- Coriainder powder - 1tsp
- Jeera /cumin seeds- 1tsp
- Ajwayein - 1tsp
- Salt to taste

Take all the spices along with chopped coriander leaves and onions.
Ginger garlic paste.
Add in any leftover dal.
Two cups of Bhajni.(Chakli bhajni can be used)
Mix well and add ajwayein, jeera and salt.
Add spoonfull of batter on hot griddle and spread it by finger tips or spoon.
Or take the griddle on the kitchen platform and add batter to spread very well using your finger tips.This is the traditional way of doing it.
Wet your fingers in water every time your spread .
Place the griddle back on gas flame.Make small hole in the center using knife or any round instrument
Add some oil in that hole and also on the sides.
Fry the thalipeeth from both sides.
It can be also made crispy or soft according to your wish.
Serve hot thalipeeth with chilled curd or pickle or any chutney.
