Egg Manchurian
Ingredient.....
For manchurian balls...
- Finely chopped boiled eggs white - 6
- Finely chopped garlic - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped gInger - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped green chillies - 1tsp
- Bread crumbs - 4tbsp
- One egg white
- Maida - 4tbsp
- Red chilly powder -1tbsp
- Oil for frying
For gravy.....
- Capsicum -1 thickly chopped
- Onion -1 thickly chopped
- Finely chopped garlic - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped gInger - 1tbsp
- Finely chopped green chillies - 1tbsp
- Oil
- Soya sauce -1 tbsp
- Chilly sauce -1tbsp
- Tomato ketchup -1tbsp
- Water - 2cups
- Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Vinegar -1/2 tsp
- Cornflour -2 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Salt for taste.
- Vinegar - 1tbsp
- Green onion for garnishing
All preparations we need is......

Chop boiled egg whites.
To this add 1tbsp finely chopped garlic.
1tsp finely chopped green chillies
1tbsp finely chopped ginger.
1 tbsp red chilly powder.
4 tbsp bread crumbs.
Dark soya sauce 1tbsp.
One egg white.
4 tbsp maida.
Mix all together
Fry all the balls.
Fry till golden brown and crispy.Manchurian balls are ready , now let's proceed to gravy......
Add two tbsp of water to dice onion and capsicum.
Heat oil in a pan under full flame and add onion and capsicum.
1tbsp of finely chopped garlic.
Finely chopped ginger 1tbsp.
1tbsp finely chopped green chillies.
1tbsp dark soya sauce.
1tbsp red chilly sauce.
1tbsp tomato ketchup.and mix.don't cook the veggies , it should remain crunchy.
Add in 2cups of water.
Black pepper powder 1/4 tbsp.
Add manchurian balls.
Now add 2:1 proportion of cornflour and maida water.
Add salt .
1tbsp of cooking vinegar.
Garnish with spring onions and cilantro.
